You have 14 days from the date we receive your order. After this period, we will not be able to accept any requests. The product must be in its original condition – unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. It would be very helpful if you could send us a photo or proof of the product's condition when we review your request. All exchange requests are submitted exclusively through our Instagram account. Shipping fees are payable again for exchanges or returns. An additional 20 EGP will be added to the original shipping price for exchanges or returns.
