Refund policy

معاك 14 يوم من يوم استلام الطلب لو حابب ترجّع القطعة. خلال الفترة دي تقدر تشوفها براحتك وتتأكد إنها مناسبة ليك. وبعد انتهاء الـ14 يوم، للأسف مش هنقدر نقبل أي طلب استرجاع.

ولازم القطعة تكون بنفس حالتها الأصلية: مش ملبوسة ولا مستخدمة، عليها كل التيكيتات، وفي تغليفها الأصلي. وهيساعدنا جدًا لو بعتلنا صورة أو إثبات بالحالة وقت مراجعة الطلب.

وبعد ما نستلم القطعة ونراجع حالتها، ولو كل شيء تمام بنقوم بتحويل قيمة الطلب ليك فورًا

بيتم دفع مصاريف الشحن مرة اخري في حالة الاستبدال او الاسترجاع 

وللتأكيد، طلبات الاسترجاع بتتقدّم من خلال حسابنا على إنستجرام فقط.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order if you’d like to return the item. During this period, you can check it comfortably and make sure it’s right for you. After the 14 days, we’re unfortunately unable to accept any return requests.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. It would really help if you could send us a photo or proof of the item’s condition when submitting your request.

Once we receive the item and check its condition, if everything is approved, we will process your refund immediately.

Shipping costs will be paid again in case of exchange or return.
