معاك 14 يوم من يوم استلام الطلب تقدر فيهم تجرّب القطعة براحتك، وتوريها للي يهمّوك، وتتأكد إنها عاجباك فعلاً. وبعد انتهاء المدة دي، للأسف مش هنقدر نقبل أي استبدال.
ولما تحب تعمل استبدال، ياريت تكون القطعة بنفس حالتها الأصلية: مش ملبوسة ولا مستخدمة، ومع كل التيكيتات والتغليف الأصلي. وهتساعدنا جدًا لما تبعتلنا صورة أو إثبات بالحالة وقت مراجعة الطلب.
ولو حبيت تقدّم طلب الاستبدال، التقديم بيكون من خلال حسابنا على إنستجرام فقط.
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to try the item, show it to the people you trust, and make sure you truly love it. After this period, we’re unfortunately unable to accept any exchange requests.
For the item to be eligible for an exchange, it must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. It would really help if you could send us a photo or proof of the item’s condition when we review your request.
And just a quick note: all exchange requests are submitted exclusively through our Instagram account.
